Cash on delivery is the most-used payment method in Bangladeshi e-commerce. Here is exactly what happens at each step.

How COD works
- You place your order and choose cash on delivery at checkout
- We pack your items and hand the parcel to the courier
- You receive an SMS with the courier name and number
- The courier calls you and delivers to your address
- You check the parcel and pay the courier in cash
What the courier will ask for
Usually only your order number or a phone call. A genuine courier will not ask for your bKash PIN, OTP, card number or CVV. If they do, refuse the delivery and report it to us immediately.
Check before you pay
- Is the item the one you ordered? Check the name and model
- Is the box damaged or open?
- Is the product visibly broken or different from the listing?
- Is the quantity correct?
If anything is wrong, refuse the parcel. It is much easier to get your money back before an order is marked as delivered.
How much will you pay?
The courier collects the order total plus the delivery charge. Both are shown to you at checkout, so there are no surprises. A small COD charge may apply where stated.
You are not home?
The courier will call and may attempt delivery again. If delivery fails twice, the parcel returns to us and we refund your order value.
Refunds for COD orders
If we cancel an order or send a wrong or damaged item, we refund the full amount you paid including delivery charge. For COD orders the refund is sent by bank transfer or mobile banking — contact us with your order number and we will process it within 5–7 working days.
Why we recommend it
COD removes all risk from a first purchase. You see the product before money changes hands. It is the reason we offer it nationwide, in all 64 districts.
