Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 24 hours of confirmation during business days. Delivery time then depends on your location:

• Dhaka city — 1 to 2 working days
• Dhaka suburbs, Gazipur, Narayanganj — 1 to 3 working days
• Other districts — 2 to 4 working days
• Remote areas — 3 to 6 working days

Public holidays, courier strikes and severe weather can extend these times. If an order is delayed, we will message you the reason.

Delivery charges

Delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. It is always shown before you confirm the order — there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

• Inside Dhaka city — standard flat rate
• Outside Dhaka — rate varies by district
• Large or heavy items (air conditioners, refrigerators, bicycles) — quoted separately before dispatch

Cash on delivery charges, if applicable, are shown separately at checkout. See payment options.

Order tracking

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an SMS and email with the courier name and tracking number. You can also message our WhatsApp line on 01600000000 with your order number at any time for a status update.

What happens if delivery fails

If the courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again. After two failed attempts the parcel returns to us and we refund the order value. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the parcel reaching our warehouse.

Checking your parcel

Please inspect the parcel in front of the courier. If the outer box is visibly damaged, open it and check the product before accepting. If something is wrong, refuse delivery and contact us immediately on support@salebangladesh.com or WhatsApp 01600000000 — this is the fastest way to get a replacement.

International shipping

We currently deliver only within Bangladesh. If you are outside the country and need a product, contact us and we will quote the best available option.
