Payment Options

Choose the payment method that suits you. Cash on delivery is available everywhere in Bangladesh — you never have to pay before your order arrives.

Cash on delivery (COD)

Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. This is our most popular option and it is available in all 64 districts. You can inspect the parcel before paying.

A small COD charge may apply and is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Mobile banking

Pay instantly from your mobile account. After you select a mobile banking method at checkout you will see our merchant number and the exact amount to send. Send the payment, then press "I have sent it" and submit your order number so we can confirm it quickly.

Card payment

Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted. Card details are entered on a secure payment page and are never stored on our servers.

Bank transfer

For larger orders, you can pay by direct bank transfer to our account. Contact us for bank details and we will confirm your order once the transfer is visible.

Order confirmation

We send an order confirmation by email and SMS as soon as your order is placed. It includes your order number, the items ordered, the delivery charge and the expected delivery window.

Refunds

If an order is cancelled or an item is unavailable, we refund the full amount paid including delivery charge. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, a refund is arranged by bank transfer or mobile banking — contact us with your order number and we will process it.
