1. About us

Sale Bangladesh ("we", "us") operates the website salebangladesh.com, an online marketplace selling products across Bangladesh. Contact us at support@salebangladesh.com.

2. Placing an order

An order is an offer to buy a product at the listed price. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:

• the product is out of stock or unavailable
• the price or description was listed in error
• we cannot deliver to the address you gave
• we suspect fraudulent use of the site

If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the full amount you paid.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order.
• Prices can change without notice, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
• We accept the payment methods listed on our payment page.

4. Product information

We work to keep descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Product images may differ slightly from the item due to lighting or screen settings. Product colours may vary marginally between batches. If a product arrives materially different from its description, you are entitled to a return or replacement under our returns policy.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please see our shipping policy for times and charges.

6. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible unused products in original packaging. Certain items, including opened personal care products, innerwear and activated products, cannot be returned. The full policy is on our returns and replacement page.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or reproduce substantial parts of the site
• use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent
• interfere with the site's operation or security
• misrepresent your identity when ordering
• resell products purchased here as your own brand without permission

9. Intellectual property

The Sale Bangladesh name, logo, site design, text and code are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a delayed delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
